Refund policy

At Zenpods, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

1. 3-Day Return & Replacement

You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery of your order.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other items included with the product should be returned.
• The product should not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery.
• A clear unboxing video may be requested to verify damage or missing items.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the issue.

After verification, we may provide a replacement with the same product.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in cases where a replacement is not available or when approved by Zenpods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment channel.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements may not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products returned after the 3-day return period.
• Missing original accessories or packaging, where applicable.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, contact our customer support with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photos/videos of the product
• Proof of purchase

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

6. Important

The final approval of a return, replacement, or refund is subject to verification of the product and the reason for the request.

Zenpods reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
